Chistmas is just around the corner, can you believe it? I feel like there is no better way to get into the christmas spirit than to cozy up on your sofa with a nice blanket and a cup of hot chocolate white watching a christmas movie. That’s what I have been doing for the past weeks so I decided to share with you some of my all time favotire christmas movies.
These are not in any particular order, I couldn’t do that! ha ha
- Christmas with the Kranks – I feel like this movie has been aroud forever. have been watching it for years now and it just doesn’t feel like christms unless I’ve watched this movie! It’s about a couple whose daughter decides she won’t be spending chrismas at home so they cancel christmas, only to find out at the last minute that she is comming home after all. I hate spoilers but all I am going to say is this is a really nice movie to have on while you are wrapping presents!
elf – I feel like a lot of people will be surprised to find out that I only found out about this movie this year! It came out ages ago and I do realize it’s a really well known movie but for some reason I hadn’t watched it untill now. Basically it’s about a human rased by elfs and his journey to finding his father in New York. It’s really funny and it will for sure get you in the christmas spirit!
Arthur Christmas – This is the most recent movie in this list but it’s also one of my favorites. This is a very creative movie and I feel like I would have loved to watch it as a child, although I still really apreciate it as an adult! ha ha It’s about Arthur, Santa’s son, who saves christmas with the help of his grandfather and, of course, the christmas elfes!
A Christmas Carol – Again, this is one of the movies I used to watch as a kid. It’s more recent than some of the films in this list but I remember going to the cinema to watch it when it came out, it was one of the first movies I watched in 3D! ha ha This one is about an old, rich, man who doesn’t apreciate christmas until he is visited buy three gosts. I love Jim Carrey in this movie and it always reminds me of christmas as a little kid!
